Terms and Conditions

These terms (the “TERMS”) and conditions (the “CONDITIONS”) apply to the use of this web site (the
“SITE”) and to the services of Urgences-aînés inc. which are private and confidential.

TERMS

In order to receive our services, it is preferable to fill out the interactive form, by clicking on Emergencies. If you (the BENEFICIARIES) or (the AUTHORIZERS) are unable to complete this form, please call us at 450-977-4411

 

Once you’ve filled in the form, we’ll evaluate the services and associated costs. We will send you this information in writing, after which we will call you. Once available personnel have been identified, you should receive services within two hours of the original call.

 

Please note that we charge fixed prices which will increase by 3% on January 1st each year. These fees are:

  1. Medical file opening fee (charged only once, with the exception mentioned below)
  2. Crisis management costs
  3. Government rate per km
  4. Hourly rate for attendant/nurse* (AGENTS), for a minimum of 2 hours.

 

Note that you can choose up to 14 slots per week of continuous service, i.e. 2 hours at a time. morning (a.m.) and 2 hours late afternoon (p.m.)

 

Our services are prepaid.

Here are our payment terms:

  • PayPal
  • Transfer of funds (Etransfer)
  • Credit card
  • Debit card

As for your credit or debit cards, please make sure you have them with you when you make the request, and that they are cleared at the bank. For your security, we will ask you for the tracking number indicated in the subject line of your e-mail. A copy of the receipt will be emailed to you when the transaction is completed. No refunds will be issued once the transaction has been completed, barring extraordinary circumstances.

 

Subscription: If you require ongoing, monthly services, a monthly prepayment is required. impose. Crisis management fees will become subscription fees, at a reduced price.

CONDITIONS

1.General

Seniors Emergency Inc. RESOURCES means all intellectual property and all legal RESOURCES, documents, web pages, software, products, hyperlinks, e-mails, information, or any other resources provided or previously provided by Seniors Emergency Inc. in whole or in part.

 

When you visit the SITE, you accept the validity of the Terms and Conditions and are required to comply with them. If you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to access the SITE or RESSOURCES d’Urgences-aînes inc. In the event of abuse, we reserve the right to terminate our services.

 

2.Use of RESSOURCES and Services d’Urgences-aînés inc.

The use of Urgences-aînes’ RESOURCES is solely for Urgences-aînes to perform triage, so that priority medical cases are dealt with first and qualified AGENTS are assigned to them. All non-medical cases will be dealt with in order of appearance. We’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. That said, extraordinary circumstances may affect emergency response times, such as in the event of a natural disaster.

 

Using the online form helps us to help you more quickly. Not only to find the right AGENTS, but also to provide you with the RESOURCES you need to intervene on your behalf. This confidential information is encrypted and is only used for your urgent intervention request.

 

You may ask us at any time for a copy of the uses made of this personal and confidential medical information. You may also ask us to delete it from our system. Please note that if we delete it and you subsequently need to use our services again, we will have to ask you for this information again, so we will have to charge you the Medical File Opening Fee again.
