About us
At Elder-Emergency, we are dedicated to offering exceptional support to elders, providing them with private and confidential pre-ambulatory and post-hospitalization services. Our primary mission is to help alleviate the burden on ambulatory services, CLSCs, medical clinics and hospitals by ensuring fast, efficient care for our elders.
Our unique approach is based on significantly reducing waiting times for access to medical care, compared to the current medical system. We understand the importance of rapid response, and we are here to meet any medical need that may occur, whether it is nursing services, certified orderlies, or caregivers to help with daily tasks. This is why we strive to provide the requested service in less than two hours, by relying on our extensive network of healthcare professionals in various locations.
In addition to these essential services, we offer specialized services ranging from accompaniment to medical appointments to pre- and post-funeral assistance, including housekeeping in the event of death. This comprehensive range of services is designed to cover all aspects of the daily lives of the elderly, enabling them to live in comfort and dignity.
We are proud to offer solutions tailored to every financial situation, finding personalized solutions for all customers. Most of our services are tax-deductible, making them even more accessible. Our commitment to the physical and mental health of our elders is at the heart of our mission, and we strive to charge only for immediate emergencies, without imposing long-term contracts.
Our vision extends beyond immediate services, also offering support for regular service requests to CLSCs and collaborating with non-profit organizations to meet basic needs such as food and clothing.
At Elder-Emergency, we are more than a company; we are a family dedicated to caring for your loved ones as if they were our own. With a professional, reliable and organized team, we are ready to respond to any need as quickly as possible to ensure the well-being of our elders.
